Bedrooms
All rooms are tastefully decorated in a traditional Scottish country style and have hospitality trays with a selection of teas, coffee, hot chocolate and shortbread, together with colour television, hairdryers radio, telephone, alarm clock and all the comforts and facilities one would expect of a four star guest house. Five of our six bedrooms contain luxury en-suite facilities while the other one has its own private bathroom with thoughtful added extras. A twin room situated on the ground floor is accessible for ambulant disabled guests and is listed as a disabled category 3 room. Kinross House accommodates a maximum of just 12 guests to ensure a relaxing and memorable stay. The bedroom layout includes two singles, two twin/doubles, one double and one family room.

Kinross House offers luxury Guest House accommodation at a very reasonable rate, considering the added extras included in the tariff. Awarded a Four Star Rating by the Scottish Tourist Board and Visit Scotland, Kinross House strives to constantly improve standards primarily from listening to its guests comments and feedback.
