All prices are per person per night and include a daily choice from our
full Scottish Breakfast Menu, plus A selection of cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt,
fruit juice or freshly made porridge.
Twin and double room prices based on two people sharing.
Family room prices based on three people sharing.
The normal charge for single occupancy of double/twin room is £45 per
night - unless upgraded by us (please contact us for availability and
pricing).

House are as follows:

2 x Twin that can be made in King size doubles (Both en-suite + one on the
ground floor)
1 x Double (en-suite)
1 x Family Room = 1 x Double + 1 x Single (en-suite) *

regret that no children under 8 years of age can be accommodated.

refundable deposit of one night’s stay may be required. This can be
